"Happy birthday, Sydney!" a familiar lady greeted her, Carol. She was one of her playmate when she was still young.

"Carol, hi! It’s good to see you! Thank you for coming," she replied then shake her hand to her.

"You are so pretty tonight!”

She just smiled and bowed her head a little as a way to say thank you.

“By the way, I am looking for Vianna too, did you see her?” Carol asked.

"Oh, Vianna." Sydney looked around for Vianna and saw that she wasn't there, even though Vianna was her cousin and should have been there. Well, it was not new to her. Since they were kids, Vianna had been mean to her and hated her.

“I don’t think she’s here tonight,” Sydney said with a good smile. She used to it and she was not affected at all.

After a few more hours, the lively birthday party ended at twelve o'clock in the middle of the night. After sending off the last guest, Sydney Hamilton drove to the most luxurious five-star hotel in Austin City. No one knew how hot and sexy her dress beneath the long down jacket was, but it was her twenty-third birthday that night, and she also made a bold decision.

Damien Patterson, was married contractedly to her. After they got married in paper, they eventually fell in love with each other during those 5 years. And now, they were planning to make their marriage real by holding a wedding ceremony. They weren't living together yet because Sydney was waiting to move in with him until they were officially married. She was only considering him as her fiancé.

And now, she planned to surprise her by visiting him in his place and give him everything that night.

When she walked into Room 3022, she could just barely smell violet, which was her favorite scent.

The suite was still clean since it was when Damien rented it two years ago. He chose to live here for most of the year, but Sydney didn't come many times because they all had to work. Even today, on her birthday, his fiancé couldn't come back from a business trip.

Sydney took off her coat and looked at the girl in the mirror, who was wearing a tight bandeau dress and smiling sweetly. Damien should be back in about ten minutes, and she will...

When she thought about giving herself to Damien, her face turned red.

When she heard footsteps outside the room, her heart fluttered and jumped. Damien had finally come back.

Sydney hid in the bedroom and didn't dare move. When she thought about what was about to happen, she felt so nervous. She knew that they had been together for almost five years, and she only gave him a kiss. Even though she did it to him most of the time, she came to her thought that it was not enough.

"Do you love me, honey?"

The door of Damien’s place opened, and a soft woman's voice came in. Sydney's eyebrows lifted up when she saw the woman, from whom she thought she heard the voice and wondered what was going on.

"Of course, I love you, baby. I love you more than anyone else." The man said, who was panting.

This time, Sydney heard Damien's voice loud and clear and said in her thoughts, 'This is his voice!'

Sydney's eyelids started shaking violently all of a sudden, and she had a strange feeling of dread.

"Then when are you going to damp Sydney, that slutty woman? How long are we going to be sneaky like this?" The woman's voice sounded a bit irritated.

Through the small hole of the door of the bedroom, Sydney saw something that shocked her and made her heart drop.

She put her hand over her mouth because she was afraid she would scream anyway.

On the couch, a man and woman were having sex. Sydney couldn't see the woman's face because she was facing away from her, but she could see the man's face clearly.

It's her fiancé, Damien!

At the time, he was leaning back on the couch to enjoy the woman's soothing touch on his body, and his handsome face, full of pleasure, was looking lovingly at the woman.

Sydney felt angry, ashamed, hurt, unwilling, and sad for a while because Damien had lied to her. Her small face was already wet with tears, her mouth smelled like blood, and the pain in her lips told her that the scene she saw was real. She didn't think that her humble gentleman's fiancé would be so involved with other women behind her back.

"I'm giving you a month. You don't have to remarry that whore!" the woman said irritably.

"Vianna, I am not playing with you. Trust me!"

Sydney got scared all of a sudden, even though her heart was still dripping blood.

The voice was familiar to Sydney too.

'Vianna!' Sydney screamed in her mind.

At this point, Damien changed his position, and Vianna's eyes were suddenly filled with a beautiful, enchanting face. While Sydney was filled with anger when she confirmed that it was Vianna.

'Whore!' Sydney muttered while trying to control herself from bursting out.

It turned out that it was her cousin Vianna, who was a big star. Throughout her childhood until now, Vianna, her cousin, was always doing everything to grab her down.

When Sydney saw Vianna's face, the sad feeling of being betrayed turned into anger, and she really wanted to go kill this pair of a dog right away.

‘So, you are with him, that’s why you didn’t come on my party,’ Sydney said in her mind with her heart beating fast.

"I will talk about the end of the marriage contract tomorrow." Damien's voice, which was cold, came into her ears.

Sydney was the rightful heir to Max Hamilton's property at the time he became engaged to her because of his father's business. As long as he married Sydney and waited for the head to die, Hamilton would change its last name to Patterson. But no one could have predicted how long it would take for the Hamilton group to go bankrupt. Also, why would he marry Sydney if he didn't care about her?

Even though the woman of Hamilton looked nice and beautiful, the benefits were more important than her.

His family wouldn't let him marry a civilian woman, and he didn't want to.

Sydney took a few steps back when she saw Damien walk toward the bedroom with Vianna in his arms.

No, these two dogs couldn't bump into her, and she would never let herself get so messed up, especially in front of Vianna.

But there was nowhere for her to hide in the room, so she looked nervously under the bed.

Sydney moved herself under the bed and was about to cry and shout when she saw that there was another person inside.

But when she was about to call out, a big hand covered her mouth. The headlamp wasn't very bright, and it was still dark, so Sydney couldn't see his face clearly. All she knew was that it was a person, a man.

She didn't think there would be a man in it, but there was!

"Don't talk." She heard a voice that was cold and low.

Sydney nodded. She knew she couldn't bark, but she was so scared that she almost couldn't stop herself.

The dogs on her back foot came in as soon as her front foot went in.

"Who turned on the lights?" Vianna felt weird, and she wondered if someone had come.

"My aunt might have forgotten to close it when she came back." After Damien told her, he was like a hungry wolf and started nibbling and biting the woman he was holding.

Sydney really wanted to get out of it and kill these two losers.

Damien pushed her to the ground, and she pushed herself up. Soon, the whole room was filled with the woman's moans and the man's panting voice.

Sydney felt only one emotion at that time, anger. She really wanted to go out and beat up that two assholes. But the little bit of sense she had told her not to act so quickly. The business was now in a dangerous situation, but the Patterson family was still expected to lend money to save the company. She couldn't make any mistakes against the two quickly.

Sydney gave an unbeatably sour sneer in the dark, and she couldn't believe this was the kind of person Vianna was. She had always thought Damien was a gentleman and a good man, and she even decided to give herself to him. She didn't know that they had already done something behind her back.

"Why do you cry?" He removed his hand from her mouth.

Sydney could tell that the man's heart next to her was unbothered.

She knew she was in this man's arms because she could feel his heartbeat, the heat he sprayed on her earlobes, and how uncomfortable it was for her to put the palm of his hand on her waist.
