I woke up that morning feeling really happy that I am going to be moving to London to start my college but little did I know that I am going to start the worst phase of my life. My name is Kenny Hotman and this is the beginning of my life. My dad died when I was eight years old so I basically raised by my mom and I have five siblings, my step-dad only want us for our mom’s sake so we are not really close. She did her best raising us all well on her own but the moment I moved from my country to London, my life changed. I woke up that morning feeling happy, I took my bath in a rush and I was laughing widely telling my twin sister Teddy “Ted I can’t wait to be on the plane to London, I want to see how it is over there” but of course she is more matured than I am and she handled it well unlike me that is so over excited. Mom took us to the airport and we hugged her tightly and I even cried because I was going to miss her so much but that didn’t stop the excitement I was feeling. On the plane, I couldn’t stop talking to Ted over and over again,

　　I could barely have a nap because I was too anxious. When we landed, step dad already arranged for a transport to take us to where we are going to stay and that was where I met my doom. When we got to the church, we introduced ourselves to the sisters in the church and they were all good. We were treated well and nicely too, we had fun together and played with the little children around the church and then suddenly, the eldest among the sisters had to go on a journey, we were not really happy about it so I told ted “Ted the house is going to be boring without big sister around, I wonder who is going to play and chat with us” then she said “don’t worry about that ken, you have me and I have you, what could happen?” We laughed and went to the mall to get a few things. When we got home, we discovered that the door to our room was locked so we were looking around and that’s when he came to us and said “ hey big sister said I should give the key to the room and also ask me to tell you to look after each other”

　　“ oh, thank you” we said and went inside.

　　We cooked together as usual and we had dinner but after dinner, I and ted took our bath and went straight to bed, we were not as free as we use to because big sister wasn’t at home, suddenly we heard a knock on the door.

　　“Who is it” I asked

　　“It’s alen” he said, although we don’t know him by his name yet but we do know the voice.

　　“Come in” so I said, he came

　　“Hi, I’m alen, you can call me ally, most of my friends do”

　　Ted then introduce us “Hello, I’m teddy hotman and she is Kenny hotman, nice to meet you”

　　“It’s my pleasure, I noticed you guys didn’t come out with the rest after dinner so I came to check to check up on you”

　　“ yeah, we are not yet free with all the people yet and big sister left so we are kind of lonely” Ted said.

　　“ well if you guys need anything you can ask me, I can show you around to different places and have fun”

　　“ sure we will let you know, thank you”

　　“ you are welcome” then he left.

　　Then Ted told me “ ken he is really nice, he is not uptight and immature like the rest of them”

　　“ maybe but I don’t like him, he talks too much” so I said and we went to sleep.

　　In the next morning we left for school but unfortunately we got back home early and there he was at home

　　“ hey you aren’t going to school?”Ted asked

　　“Oh no, you are back, no I’m not going to school today, I got a free time today and that’s why I am home” he said, seeing him and Ted chatting, I left to change my cloth to something comfortable. So I heard a knock on the door

　　“ yes, come in” i answered

　　“ hi ken, I am going to show Ted around do you want to join us??”

　　“ no, I am fine thank you”

　　“Is it that you don’t like me much or you don’t just like talking?” He asked

　　“If you are good observer, I am a very shy person and timid so I don’t get comfortable around new people”

　　“Oh, well I will be leaving now, have a nice time at home” he left. After a few hours, they are finally back. I went to Ted and hugged her because I have missed her and I am not use to been alone without her and I ignored him.

　　“ hey, I got something for you”

　　“ what is it you got for me? And I didn’t ask you to buy anything for me” I said

　　“ I got you a chocolate and you should just say thank you” I looked at Ted and then accepted the gift “thank you” and I left. During dinner, he was only talking to Ted and the rest of the people while obviously ignoring me, not that I care but he was taking my Ted away and I don’t like it.

　　“Ted, I am going in”

　　“Why will you want to go inside when you haven’t touched your food at all” she said

　　“ because you are ignoring me and talking to alan” I told her with a swollen face, she laughed and said “ eat your food, you know I can never ignore you”. We finished dinner and went to bed. The following morning was a Saturday and there is nothing going on so I and Ted invited our friends over, we had a lot of games and jokes and a lot of fun, we also went to the mall and Ted took us to the store that Alan took her, we got back home to see Alan at home.

　　“Hey girls, I’m Alan but you can call me ally”

　　“ Hi, I am Mary brooker and this is Tony, joy and windy” Mary introduces the rest. Everyone was getting along except from me because I was still very shy and timid so I decided to stand at the back and not get involved with their conversation. All of a sudden, Mary walk up to me and said “ Alan, hope she isn’t timid and shy around you”

　　“ she is actually, at first I thought she didn’t like me but then she told me that she is just not comfortable around new people”

　　“ she was like that with us at first until I of course got close to her, she is really a nice and kind girl”

　　“ yeah, I noticed that as well but I don’t know why she is so shy” and he stared at me for so long until I got so uncomfortable and left them alone. I was angry at myself for been too shy and timid so I made a call to my mom

　　“Mommmy, how are you doing” I asked

　　“ I’m good baby, why are you calling? How is Ted?”

　　“Mom, why am I always shy and timid most times”

　　“Baby we are all different, we all have a unique personality and that’s yours and you are just subconsciously been careful of yourself”

　　“I hope mummy and Ted is fine, she is with our friends from school”

　　“ okay baby, go and have fun with your friends and not be alone, good night baby”

　　“Good night mommy”. After the call I felt refreshed and immediately went out to join the rest
